Choose your journey size, then pick your scents. Each journey is a curated set of scents, so you decide the combination. Duplicate scents are welcome.

You'll need an electric or tea light wax warmer. Any standard warmer works. Place one or two cubes in the dish, apply heat, and the fragrance releases without a flame.

The best scents come from real trips. Occasionally, we step away to take a trip and experience the inspiration. We'll return on June 30, after which all orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Many carriers photograph the delivery. Check your tracking confirmation email for a photo showing where it was left.

Check around your door, porch, side entrance, or any sheltered spot a driver might have chosen.

Check with anyone else in your household who may have brought it inside.

If you live in a building, check your mailroom or with your front desk.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. They have access to delivery photos, GPS confirmation, and driver notes that can resolve most situations quickly.

All Travel Wicks fragrances are phthalate-free and made with soy wax.

We ship within the United States only.

Yes. Travel Wicks wax melts contain no added dye. The wax is naturally off-white. That's the soy wax, not a bleaching agent.

Each 2.75 oz clamshell has a burn time of 36–48 hr burn time, depending on your warmer and the size of the room.

No. Wax melts require a heat source to release fragrance. An electric warmer is the most consistent option. Tea light warmers work but produce more variable heat.

You can, though we'd suggest experiencing each scent on its own first. Blending works best with scents from the same fragrance family.

The easiest method is the cotton ball technique. While the wax is still warm and liquid, place a cotton ball in the dish to absorb it, then wipe clean. Cold wax can be popped out with a push from below on flexible dish warmers.
