The fastest way is to log into your account at travelwicks.com. Your order history, current status, and tracking information will be there. You'll also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our hands.

The best scents come from real trips. Occasionally, we step away to take a trip and experience the inspiration. We'll return on June 30, after which all orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days.

If it's been less than 2 business days, we're still within our normal response window. If it's been longer, check your spam or junk folder. Our replies occasionally land there. If nothing turns up, submit the form again with a note that it's a follow-up and we'll get back to you.

Every order is handcrafted to order, so reach out within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started. The sooner you contact us, the more we can do.

Haven't received your package?

Many carriers photograph the delivery. Check your tracking confirmation email for a photo showing where it was left.

Check around your door, porch, side entrance, or any sheltered spot a driver might have chosen.

Check with anyone else in your household who may have brought it inside.

If you live in a building, check your mailroom or with your front desk.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. They have access to delivery photos, GPS confirmation, and driver notes that can resolve most situations quickly.

Still no resolution after 24 hours? Reach out and we will look into it together.
