The best scents come from real trips. Occasionally, we step away to take a trip and experience the inspiration. We'll return on June 30, after which all orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Scandinavia Birch Trees

The light here is different. You feel it before you can explain it.

In early morning, before the day has fully committed to being one, the birch forests hold a particular stillness. The trunks catch what light there is. The air is cool in a way that feels clean rather than cold. There is no sharpness to it. Just space. The kind of quiet that does not demand anything from you.

The scent of birch is not perfume. It is something closer to the air itself. Pale and clean and green at the edges, with a faint earthiness from the soil underneath. It smells like a morning that has not been interrupted yet.

Scandinavian Birch was made from that. From the stillness of the white forest in the hour before the world gets loud again, when the air is cool and the light is soft and the only thing to do is breathe.

We wrote more about this place in the Journal, if you want to spend a little more time there.

The scent this place inspired

Scandinavian Birch

A birch forest in winter. Crisp eucalyptus and cypress over the quiet warmth of tonka bean.
